5. How do you ensure your after-sales service?
(1)Guarantee time：2 years quality guarantee, and we will replace or repair all the parts if any problem belong to us during this period (delivery cost will be paid by sender);2 years later,we provide spare parts for replacement based on cost charge. (2)Installation: We also provide the operation manual,software,and so on.Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided. (3)Free training: You could send your engineers who have some knowledge of electronics and computer to our factory and we will provide one week free of charge training of how to maintain and repair the led screen or modules. （4）Suggestion ：Purchasing more 3% spare parts is suggestable based on our ten years led display experience.once you have enough spareparts for replacement，you will get enough time to send the faulty product back to factory for repairing，also will save the shipping cost for delivery.
6. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will takes about 10-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

(1)EXW:You should take the products from our factory by yourself or by your agent. (2)FOB Shenzhen will be free, otherwise there is a charge for transportation to other cities. (4)DDP: Means door to door ,shipping cost will Includ the transportation cost from the factory to the destination port+customs clearance cost+customs duty+delivery fee, you only need to wait for product in your office.
